Our loyal customers
One of the best oils I tasted at the Viva l'Oliva fair in Pescara! I re-ordered it on the website after trying it there for the first time. The Ortice is particularly intense and structured, but to my taste the Giolivo remains more versatile and adaptable to any dish, with a more delicate flavour.
FAQ
What is the difference between olive oil and extra virgin olive oil?+
Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the highest grade: it is obtained from olives using permitted mechanical or physical processes, has free acidity no higher than 0.8%, and has no sensory defects. Our oils are organic EVOO: Ortice, Giolivo and Monicè are single-variety; Moleo is a declared blend.
What does organic olive oil mean?+
It means the entire chain — from grove cultivation to bottling — follows organic farming methods, with no synthetic pesticides or fertilisers. Our production is Bioagricert certified.
Can I buy olive oil online and have it delivered?+
Yes. You can buy our organic extra virgin olive oil directly online. We ship in Italy and abroad; destination, cost and indicative delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.
Which extra virgin olive oil is best for raw use?+
For salads, bruschetta and raw dishes we recommend the Ortice, with its intense, elegant fruitiness, and the Giolivo, more versatile and delicate. Ortice, Giolivo and Monicè are single-variety; Moleo is a declared four-cultivar blend. All are organic and traceable.
How should I store extra virgin olive oil?+
Keep EVOO away from light, heat and air, in a cool, dry place. Best consumed within 18 months of bottling to enjoy its aroma and properties at their best.
