Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from the milling of olives of the Ortice, Frantoio, Toscanella, Leccino, Ortolana variety, of a golden yellow colour. The light olive fruitiness is characterized by almond and apple fragrances with light notes of rosemary. The taste tends to be sweet, with light bitter and spicy tones and an almond aftertaste. Suitable for dressing baby food.
Ideal in fish marinades (anchovies, amberjack etc.), seafood appetizers, rice or pasta salads.

One of the best oils tasted at the Viva l'Oliva fair in Pescara! I bought it again on the site after tasting it there for the first time. The Ortice is particularly intense and structured, but to my taste the Giolivo remains more versatile and adaptable to any dish with a more delicate taste.
