Order cancellation

Orders placed through this website are binding. Cancellation requests are accepted only if the goods have not yet been shipped.

Free commercial return (7 days)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a free return within 7 days of receiving the goods. The request must be sent within that period and the product must be returned intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may notify us of their withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the statutory exceptions. Sealed food products cannot be returned once opened where health or hygiene protections apply. The free 7-day return is an additional benefit and does not limit the statutory right; outside this offer, the direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Following a withdrawal, the refund is issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal. It may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of shipment is supplied. Once issued, the amount usually appears on your statement within about 7–10 days, depending on the payment method.
