Conditions of use

Use of the site requires no particular restrictions; some provisions may apply only to specific categories of users (consumers or professionals).

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers may notify us of their statutory withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law. In addition, we offer a free commercial return within 7 days under the conditions stated in our Refund policy. Refunds following withdrawal are issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of shipment are received.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights (trademarks, content, distinctive signs) belong to the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable law. Copying, downloading, sharing or modifying the content is prohibited unless expressly permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

The Owner does not warrant that the content is always accurate, reliable or available without interruption, and reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates or force majeure, giving reasonable notice where possible.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any higher protections granted to European consumers. The court of the place where the Owner is established has jurisdiction over disputes, save for any mandatory provision in favour of the consumer.

Changes

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, giving notice to Users.
